Madalina Ancuta (CBAP) 

Madalina brings over 20 years of experience in software development and business analysis, across multiple technologies and roles. She’s passionate about aligning technology with business goals, thrives in collaborative environments, and actively supports professional growth through coaching and mentoring.

Member of IIBA since 2021, Madalina became an active volunteer in 2024, further deepening her commitment to the profession,  believing in the power of community, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.

Denisa Apetrei

Denisa is a Technical Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience across roles such as QA Lead, Business Analyst, Delivery Lead, and Scrum Master. She has worked in multidisciplinary teams, both as an individual contributor and in coordination roles, supporting the design and delivery of digital solutions and streamlined processes for clients across diverse industries.

Cristina Gheorghiu (CBAP)

Cristina has over 20 years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis in a variety of projects, both in the public and private sector. She has been part of the Romanian Business Analysis community for many years and has contributed to its professional growth. She has been an active member of the IIBA Romania Chapter, with special contribution between 2017 and 2023, when she was Education and Certification Director for 5 years and President of the chapter for 1 year.

Irina Minoiu (CBAP, PMP, MBA)

Irina was a pillar of the Business Analysis community in Romania. A dedicated IIBA volunteer since 2012 and President of IIBA Romania from 2017 to 2022, she played a vital role in shaping and growing our chapter. Her leadership, vision, and tireless efforts helped build a strong and vibrant community of professionals. Irina was not only a leader but also a passionate educator and mentor. She created and led study groups for BABOK certifications, inspired countless
analysts through her talks and workshops, and always found time to support and uplift others. 
 
Beyond her professional achievements, Irina will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and unwavering commitment to helping others grow. Her legacy lives on in the people she mentored, the community she helped build, and the inspiration she leaves behind.

Victoria Cupet (Doctorate in Education | Trainer | Coach | Speaker | Author)

Victoria is the co-founder and first elected president of IIBA Romania, playing a key role in building and shaping the local Business Analysis community.
 
With over 25 years of experience in business analysis, process and project management, she is a certified coach, trainer, author, and international speaker. She was IIBA Regional Director for Europe, Africa & the Middle East and is currently a member of the IIBA Global Board of Directors.
 
Victoria is a contributor to the BABOK® Guide v3 and has received international recognition, including the IIBA President’s Award and Innovation Award. She is highly dedicated to promoting and elevating the business analysis profession globally.

  • Transfer knowledge as facilitators of the Study Group (CBAP certification needed)
  • Any other idea is also welcome

As a volunteer, in exchange for your commitment, IIBA Romania offers support through a mentoring program. If you are IIBA® CBPA or IIBA® CCBA, certified, participation as a volunteer allows you to earn CDU points that are needed to extend the duration of your certification.
