Agile has become the new normal. Organizations work agile in a more or less formal manner and this has also impacted the way business analysis is shaped.

This workshop is an invitation to exercise the business analyst role in an agile manner. Based on a study case, we will create a small backlog, will prioritize the items and then drill further the top ones in parallel teams.

As this will be an interactive, hands-on workshop, the audience number will be restricted to 25 participants.
