Probably many of you had delivered in the past stunning mock-ups, great processes design or glamorous BI dashboards, but sometimes the clients are not capable to decide on an final requirement.
And if the clients can’t take a decision, that doesn’t sound good: delays, tensions, frustrations.
What’s the solution? One possible answer is to deliver a flexible solution to the client and for that Laurean and Dragos will depict in this chapter meeting, some interesting practical usage of the decision modelling technique.
