IIBA Romania is inviting you to discover the BABOK Techniques with examples from real life projects.

We recommend to read the Techniques chapter from BABOK before the session.

Agenda:
This will be a 6 hours marathon session when we will discover all the 50 BA techniques with referral to all knowledge areas. Long story short, this will be a recap in order to have a better structure of the book content in front of you.
Also the session will include multiple practice questions as we usually have at study groups.
