We'll kick off the evening with a series of real-sounding requirements โ and you'll tell us what's wrong with them. Too vague? Not measurable? Technically possible but completely meaningless? You've seen these before. Now it's time to call them out.

The main event. Four teams, four tables, one Game Master playing the role of the most difficult stakeholder you've ever had to work with. You'll face real-life scenarios โ ambiguous requirements, last-minute changes, impossible deadlines โ and choose how to respond. Every decision carries points. The team that reads between the lines, asks the right questions, and keeps their cool wins the evening.
