Regardless of whether you are a team member or a team leader, you need to have a BA approach in mind, organise BA tasks and communicate to stakeholders. The question we are raising in this workshop is: how do we work within the BA team? How do we distribute work? Who does what?

If you are part of a BA team, then you certainly have a way of working, may be closely-managed by the BA team lead or loosely-coupled, leaving you independent and relying on a self-organising team.Even if you work as a single BA, you will still work with a Product Owner (or some other representative from the business side) and you will certainly have some expectations in terms of work approach.

Ultimately, when play a BA team lead role, how do you manage complexity? What principles do you follow? How do you think your work is perceived by your team members?
