The strategic plan has been developed by the IIBA Romania chapter in order to provide a disciplined approach to the management of the chapter over the next 3 years.

The strategic plan is reviewed annually for any new chapter initiatives or adjustments; and provides input for the chapter’s business and financial plan annually, thus the strategic plan should always be created or updated prior to annual business and financial planning.
