Speakers

Cristina Gheorghiu, CBAP, has 15+ years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis in a variety of projects, both in the public and private sector. She has been part of the Business Analysis community for many years and has contributed to its professional growth. She has been an active member of the IIBA Romania Chapter, with special contribution between 2017 and 2023 when she was Education and Certification Director for 5 years and President of the chapter for 1 year. Now, along with her day to day job as a Delivery Manager, she is focused on creating a customized learning experience for the (wanna-be) Business Analysts through mentoring and training.

Anca Drăghia, CBAP. With more than 13 years of experience in Consulting services as a Business Analyst and Product Owner, Anca has engaged in diverse projects, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders to bring forth innovative, user-centric products. A dedicated promoter for Romania's Business Analysts community, Anca contributes actively, volunteering for IIBA RO and offering training and mentorship to those aspiring to transition into the BA role. She holds the belief that one can find motivation and pave their own growing path also by giving back and connecting to the community they are part of.
